I have been having problems too. Either videos don’t play or they play just a few secs (like one or two words) then stop for a few seconds, then play another few seconds, and so on.
Never had that problem before. What is going on? I hope they fix it soon.

I was able to play it by opening Internet on my smart TV and surfing to shvideos. It played until the 41:37 point and got stuck in buffering. (It hung up once earlier, but got through that by backing up.) So then I reloaded the page, and chose a point around 45 minutes, and it played to the end.

I’m going to wait until the weekend to try this episode and the next one. Episode 16 finally showed up here, so I assume episode 20 will, too.
