Very interesting. I am Canadian. Jerk is not at all Canadian, but it is served here. I have never had Beavertails except at a food court. Pancakes, doesn’t every country make them? Maple srup, sure, I use it every month or two. Australians will continue to know very little about Canadian food if they trust in rthese dishes. Salmon might have been a good idea.
