I agree. She seems too vested in him. Why would she want to share the house with them when she supposedly hates him. She just wants to be in the house to annoy him–she doesn’t care for her husband at all.
I totally agree with this. Why does Bec feel that she has to police Bryce? Why is she so interested in what Bryce does? No one else is? It’s because Bec’s relationship sucks and she wants Bryce.
No way! Bec has probably met a few Bryce’s in her time – an average looking man with a lot of confidence that is able to date very attractive women (because of his media job most likely). He is the kind of guy that would give back-handed compliments to keep those women ‘in line’. I say he triggers those thoughts in her. Sometimes a beautiful woman just goes for an average guy because she thinks he will be ‘grateful’, for want of a better word. With regards to Bryce and men like him, it is the wrong call.
Rebecca is a bully, she certainly thinks she is above everyone else, definitely ugly on the inside, she can’t help herself! Jake is just trying to earn brownie points to get into her pants. It reminds me of the school playground where all the other girls are too scared to say she’s wrong. Bryce may be gruff but at least his heart is in the right place.

Bryce is so emotionally manipulative. The person hoping Melissa the most is him. Every time he should put her first, he doesn’t but then when called on it he says “Of course I did this for you.” Such a gaslighter. And Jason is so far up his butt that I am almost embarrassed for him. Poor Alana.

Disagree. Alana only shared her thoughts about Jason when he wasn’t there. Didn’t tell him how his opinions made her feel. He was then blindsided. For Jason, he was articulate and honest about how it made him feel and how it affected his views on her. She didn’t like it, she packs her bag. Both immature and trying to get the other to apologise, but not poor Alana. Bec’s is cruel, and loves to cause drama. Bryce should see his own triggers and thinks he’s being alpha, when all he is doing is showing what those who goad him want to see. Jak has surprised me as Bec’s shows a really ugly uncompassionate side, when Jake wants others to see that he is compassionate. Their relationship will not last, or Jake will become submissive to Bec’s. The production or editing of this season is too much about Bec’s and Bryce at the expense of the other participants and their marriages. at least 6 or 8 very repetitive episodes. I do hope what is becoming boring moves forward.
Jonny p, I agree with every one of your assessments. I’m mystified that this has been reduced to little more than a boorish argument amongst such boring ppl as Melissa and Bryce and Bec, who doesn’t seem capable of any kind or caring emotions, thriving on malice.
I’m not entertained any more with this season.
oh yes to all you have said. that poor ass Jason was threatening Alana: ‘you will never see me..’ good riddance mate, fuck off. Bryce is simply a knobhead with such a high opinion of himself AND preventing Melissa from befriending other people least they let her in on what an idiot he is. Melissa does need professional help. Joe showed them how to deal with one of those in her marriage but poor Mel was sleeping then!!

Wow Bec and Jake are definitely the media for Bryce and Melissa….. I wish people could see Bryce and Melissa like Johnny does! Alana is definitely siding with Bec and can’t even comprehend different points of view towards Bryce and Melissa…. Alana is so close minded to other ideas!!! Wow blows my mind!
Patrick is getting such a pass here! He wrote that harsh letter on Booka and then started the sh*t with Bryce when everyone was outside, yet he sat mum when Bryce asked at dinner who started it up again. He is an instigator!
Also, if Patrick hadn’t gone to Sam earlier on and told him to be aware because Bryce was out to get him then a lot of this stuff probably would not have happened. I think Patrick is just trying to fit in with the boys and wants them to think he’s cool.
I’m 100% Team Bec. Melissa sat on that couch and told them all that she was scared of addressing anything with Bryce because of his volatile behaviour. No one addressed it properly, not the Psychs and no one else on the show. the only ones holding him to account are Bec and Jake. You might not like the way she’s going about it but he has been blatantly gaslighting, manipulating, lying and humiliating Melissa in front of the rest of the couples, Psychs and viewers so it’s only right it’s addressed in front of them all. He’d only lie about the conversation if Bec was to take him to one side and twist Melissa’s head even further. I’m genuinely shocked he’s being allowed to carry on the way he is, unless it’s going to be a teachable moment further on in the series. Unless Melissa has played us all and is the greatest actor in the game.

Same. Not a Bec fan, I mean, she’s paired with one of the most respectful and level headed men on there and she’s even finding a fault with him. She has very (maybe too) strong opinions on how women are treated that she’s missing the opportunity with her own relationship but she’s in the right with addressing Bryce. The whole, shall we move in here nonsense, that was childish and, after Melissas addressing the situation, I would personally take a step back and leave them to it. For her (Melissa) to STILL not clock Bryce is ‘breadcrumbing’ her at this point, after the Psychs, fellow couples AND their parents have talked to her, well she’s really on her now.
You may be right, but the problem is the only thing Bec can do is tell Melissa how she feels. If Melissa chooses to stay with Bryce, then Bec needs to shut her mouth. One of my friends was married to a man I thought was awful. Turns out that I was wrong, wrong, wrong. If she’s listened to me she would have lost out. Sometimes you can’t do anything. Melissa is not a child and Bec isn’t her mother.

I really believe it is Bryce’s behavior that is upsetting Melissa. He is incapable of letting things go. His grudges go on forever! God forbid if he gets into a fight with Melissa! She’ll probably cower while he emotionally abuses her.

Becca needs to do what she is there for and to focus on her relationship. Bryce and Melissa’s relationship is none of her business. Becca is a bully and needs called out by everyone! This season is a ratings ploy and a joke on the audience. The so called experts paired up way too many couples that have zero in common. What a waste.

I really like Johnny 🤗 he’s such a lovely guy. Bryce just can’t let it go, he keeps saying that bec is upsetting his wife but its him who is. If bec would just let it go 🤦🏼♀️ Melissa is in an abusive relationship but she just can’t see it, the experts need to step in and warn Bryce – but he’s a narcissist so will never take their advice 🤷🏼♀️

I am seeing a lot of people who have just been raised badly. Bad behaviours have not been picked up on and quashed but normalised and accepted while they were growing up. Bryce and Jason and Booka and Rebecca have all been overindulged as children and Bryce and Jason especially, are very immature for their (middle) ages. It is affecting their ability to reason and compromise. If only we could all live in bubbles permanently!!!!!!!
I’ m watching this in the UK 6 mths after it was shown in Aus..I have many opinions & sit open mouthed each week at the level of sociopathic behaviours from Bryce & Rebecca…wow those two need to be given a room the obsession with each other is because they see THEMSELVES in the other..two psychos meet on a dating show! At 26 min 30 ..as clear as day to me because in my extended family there are 5 people with Aspergers Autism…looking at Belinda in tbat hot tub the tital flat expression like a mannequin dummy when weird Patrick is declaring his feelings…its EXACTLY like looking at those family members…absolute zero emotion.I mean she hadnt even seen a man’s penis before..wtf are the production company allowing such emotionally vulnerable people ( Melissa & Belinda) & sticking them in a shark den with a few shit stirring sociopaths..the fall out emotionally long term on these people could be catastrophic..Belinda & Patrick its like two 12 yr olds have inhabited adult form…very disturbing..I find Booka veering on the sociopathic too with that weird ta lking to herself non stop & those weird staring eyes…I found out she works in mental health ,wow absolutely scary…she needs help herself !
That’s a bit harsh on Belinda and Patrick. I think they are so adorable just because she hasn’t seen a penis before doesn’t mean she isn’t emotionally stable for the experiment. She isn’t being forced into anything if anything it was the best thing for her as has met the ideal guy for her and has support in how she can become physical with her husband rather than figuring it out on her own which she struggles with. Bec is such a trouble causer. She is so intent on proving Bryce s going to hurt Melissa that she is doing exactly that! She keeps saying how it is because she cares yet she won’t drop it even though Melissa has said she appreciates her concern but she is fine and asked her repeatedly to stop! She says she is trying to right thing well she tried she didn’t listen.. end of. If Melissa is proved wrong and Bryce is lying it’s something she is going to have to find out on her own. Can’t understand why they are constantly getting involved in an arguement that doesn’t concern them lol who needs that level of drama in their lives!! On a positive note how adorable are Belinda and Patrick? I am obsessed also jonny and kerry!! Really taken a dislike to Alana now though no idea why she is jumping on the bandwagon!!
