Selling Houses AU – Season 3

Croydon Park. Teachers Peter and Anastasia need to upsize for their expanding family. They've been trying to sell their 3 bedroom 1920's bungalow for 12 months.

Mitcham. Jacqui and Brian were asking $630,000 for their 2 story, 4 bedroom weatherboard home in Mitcham, Victoria, half an hour east of Melbourne.

Pacific Pines. Regan and Matthew are on a quest to move even closer to the water. They have had their 4 bedroom Gold Coast property on the market for about 4 months.

Castle Hill. Monique and Thierry need help to sell their multi level family home in Castle Hill. The property was first put up for sale more than 2 years ago.

Bundeena. Andie, Adie and their 3 year old son Josh live in a house south of Sydney. With an asking price of offers over $690,000 they haven't had any interest.

West Footscray. In 2009 Tom bought this 3 bedroom cottage for his 21 year old son Paul who was holidaying in Croatia but ended up not being used.

Maroubra. Ian and Jenny are selling their home of 35 years. Located 200 metres from Maroubra Beach it has been on the market for nine months for an asking price of $1.5 million.

Kallangur. Steve and Louise have had their house, just north of Brisbane on the market for 11 months. But after being trashed while being rented it needs a lot of work before getting a sale.

Newcastle. Julie is in debt and desperate to sell her 3 bedroom home. Originally asking for over $500,000 she has had to drop her price to a more reasonable $450,000.

Chatswood. Greg and Marge have been trying to sell their four bedroom Chatswood house for 17 months.
