Donnie and Leigh come face to face in an explosive showdown. At the 1870 mine site, Richie is worried mining manager Dan has lost his mojo.

Donnie and Ronnie have a bust up - threatening Donnie's dream of owning a lease. At the 1870 mine, Richie builds a gold room to sort the super-fine gold from the waste material.

Donnie comes up with an idea to host a live online auction to sell off the gold he found at Swiss Diggings. Richie waits to find out if he needs surgery for his broken hand.

Leigh outfoxes Donnie and Dennis and wins the rights to Matt and Damo's gold rich land. Dennis installs security cameras on his lease to try and catch the dodgy gold poachers.

At Scratchy Moo, Matt and Damo are weighing up the two offers they have received for their land.

Mine Manager, Dan, turns his attention to building a new wash plant to super-size the mine. He wants to generate $70,000 in gold revenue per week.

The owners of 1870, Richie and Kimberley, are learning the hard way that all that glitters is not gold.

There are nine weeks left of the gold season to go and the pressure is on. At Swiss Diggings, an unemployed Donnie begs Dennis, the owner of Swiss Diggings, for a new job.

Gold Coast socialite couple Kimberley and Ritchie make the tough decision to move to the mine to help Dan.
