Customer Service. Duty Manager Dan must deal with holiday passenger numbers and a self-check-in outage, and an incoming flight has a critical medical emergency on-board.

Trouble Shooters. A tarmac collision disrupts passengers. Border Force find contraband and a mysterious plane lands unannounced.
