Have Watched MChef since its onset, this season of ‘seasoned’ chefs is the most boring, non-creative chefs, IMO.  It should be called Italian MC bc it looks like Italinan dishes is what most of the chefs can cook. Where are the curries, dishes from the vast cultures that live in Australia:  Malaysians, Chinese, Koreans, as well as from the back country?  Sick sick of pasta dishes. Do they know how to cook fish?
