Surry Hills, NSW. Our young, successful dynamic duo Tom and Katie have a terrace in Surry Hills they bought a year ago. They have buyers remorse after not being able to afford their first suburb of choice. The current floor plan presents the couple with obstructions and a lack of liveable space. Can Neale clear the house of those obstructions and provide them with a home they don’t regret buying or will Andrew show them they can in fact find a home in the suburb of Paddington they’ve always dreamt of.
